UASD Remote Meal Distribution

The Uniontown Area School District will continue to provide remote meal service as the district schools reopen. All meals must be pre-ordered by 9:00 AM daily beginning Monday, October 19th using the order form on the district webpage. Click on the title above to be directed to the form. No orders will be accepted after 9:00 AM. You will have the ability to order meals daily or for the entire week. No meals will be distributed without an order submitted. Distribution time in every building except Ben Franklin and Lafayette will be 10:00-10:30. Ben Franklin and Lafayette will distribute meals from 9:30 to10:00. Please contact the building office in regard to the distribution location.

Fayette County CTI Transportation Survey

Please click on the title above and complete the survey to inform the district if you will be taking advantage of transportation on the following remote only days: Although U.A.H.S. will be remote, FCCTI will be open for education. 11/02, 11/19, 12/09, 1/04, 1/19- Please complete your response by 2 p.m. on Wednesday 10/28/2020.

Return to School Student Commitment

The return to school student commitment form is to be completed by the legal parent/guardian of every UASD student. Parents/guardians are to complete one survey per child. Before making a selection, please be sure to read all of the information on the form so that you can make an informed decision. Click on the title above to be directed to the form.

(P-EBT) Supplemental Payments Information

The federal Families First Coronavirus Response Act of 2020 provides temporary benefits, referred to as Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT), to families of school-aged children who would receive free or reduced-priced meals if school was in session.
