Uniontown Area School District Meal Distribution

The United States Department of Agriculture has extended a waiver through December 31, 2020 to School Food Authorities (SFA) that permits us to operate under the Summer Feeding Service Program (SFSP) guidelines as we did when the pandemic began in March. Children 18 and under including those who are not of school age yet, will receive breakfast and lunch free of charge. Beginning Tuesday September 8, 2020, parents or designated persons may pick up meals for the students at the school of their choice. You no longer need to pre order meals. As per program guidelines, we request that parents do not visit multiple schools to request duplicate meals. This can jeopardize the program. Meal distribution in all schools will be Monday through Friday, 10:00-1:00. Thank you. Chuck Brown, Director of Food Service 724-439-5000 ext 1533

UASD School Board Meeting 10/5/20

The Uniontown Area School District is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom Meeting on Monday, October 5th , 2020. The meeting will commence at 6:30 p.m. for our regularly scheduled board meeting. The federal Families First Coronavirus Response Act of 2020 provides temporary benefits, referred to as Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT), to families of school-aged children who would receive free or reduced-priced meals if school was in session.
